Urban Agriculture Workshop: Intro to Food Safety and Post-Harvest Management September 22nd at 5:30pm-7:30pm
At this in-person, free workshop, participants will learn basic principles of food safety, techniques to properly harvest and wash produce, tips for creating a food safety plan, and explore helpful tools used in post-harvest management.
