Community Kitchen Incubator Application
Local First Arizona’s Community Kitchens are available to food entrepreneurs who are looking to grow their business and are in need of a fully equipped and licensed space to expand their operation.
Our incubation program accommodates small and large food operations at a low cost. Businesses incubated in our Community Kitchens have access to the resources they need in order to meet their customers’ requests. Amenities include a large walk-in refrigerator, dry food storage, and dedicated wash area. In addition to kitchen equipment and food storage, we offer free WIFI and many other business conveniences at our locations near the heart of downtown Mesa, Maryvale, Glendale and Eastlake.

Good Food Boot Camp: $250 for the 6-week course
Local First Arizona Membership: $99 annually, 1st year billed once program contract is signed
Community Kitchen Year One Rent: $10 an hour, minimum 12 hours a month (minimum of $120 a month)
Community Kitchen Year Two Rent: $14 an hour, minimum 12 hours a month (minimum of $168 a month)
Additional Storage Fee: Depending on available space, additional storage space needed outside of your allotted one dry and one cold storage space, can be available for $25 extra a month
Maricopa County Environmental Health Services Permitting Rates (Inspection + Permit): Initial Inspection: $315
