Devour Culinary Classic
Saturday, February 27 &
Sunday, February 28, 2027
DESERT BOTANICAL GARDEN
Early Entry ($225)
General Admission ($150):
Arizona's premiere culinary gathering returns Feb. 27–28, bringing together the chefs, food producers, winemakers and makers shaping the way Arizona eats.
Since 2008, the Devour Culinary Classic has celebrated a food culture that could only come from this place — one rooted in Arizona's history and heritage foods.
At the Desert Botanical Garden on February 27 and 28, the celebration continues as Devour 2027 presents the best of Arizona’s food scene, with flavors and traditions representing communities across the state.
Join us and experience how Arizona's landscapes, ingredients and cultures have shaped this place that we call home — connecting food to place, people to one another, and generations of Arizona food heritage to the culinary innovations being created today.
The 2027 Devour Culinary Classic is presented by Sprouts Farmers Market.

Since its creation by Local First Arizona and Arizona chefs in 2008, the award-winning Devour Culinary Classic has helped put Arizona's distinctive culinary culture on the national map. The festival is produced in partnership with Desert Botanical Garden and Art State Arizona and celebrates the chefs, producers, beverages, ingredients and traditions that make Arizona worth tasting.
